Hyperworks first start error

Hello,

 

I installed and added the student licence according to manual.
But when I click on Hyperworks 2017.2 Student Edition icon the program starts but turns itself off ofter few seconds without any error meesage.

When I start it as Admin it shows this error: Folder C:/Users/ _username_ /.Altair/AssemblyDb/udm20171/atCtrlSession_workspace already exists and not empty.

I tried delete these folders but the program creates them immediately after start.

 

Does anyone know what to do with this?

    Do you have any special character in folder name? Look likes 'ě' ?

    Try to avoid this!

    It seems to be the problem. I tried to start it via different account without any special characters and It works.
