How to import results of one analysis to another

Goodmorning,

I would like to  import results of one analysis to another. 

In particoular I have made a Frequency Response Analysis and I see the frequency where I have the maximum displacement. Than I would use that displacement as load to make a composites optimisation. 

I see that in post->apply result is possible visualize the displacement of the geometri but not use it as a loadcase. 

How can I do?

Moreover, if I extract from 'apply result' the force and i have a static analysis the result is not correct. Why?
