Simulation validation for Inspire Platform, Simlab and Hyperworks

Good day, I am doing simulation on these software both in practicing and training and some in presentation and I encounter a question is where to make excel or word file of the simulation results obtain in simulation and also producing report which reflect on standards such as ISO and other standards to validate a simulation.
