Authorizing problem using Hosted HWU for HyperWorks 13.0 full version
Altair EmployeeI am using Windows 8.1 but I am unable to find the authorization option on my system.
The instruction document says : Windows>Start Menu> Altair HyperWorks > Tools>Admin Tools> Authorize-HHWD
But, the concern is, in the tools option : there is NO SUCH OPTION CALLED ‘ADMIN TOOLS’.
Please suggest how to authorize the computer using the Authorization Token.

Altair EmployeeAs suggested, I uninstalled and installed the software again.
But, the problem remains the same.
All the executable's are there in Master Installer and all are downloaded at the same location .

Please suggest a way to solve this issue or alternate way to authorize the system.

Do you have admin rights in your machine?
Please try removing all Altair programs ( from control panel > uninstall a program) and reinstall HyperWorks ( make sure you have downloaded all the executables of HyperWorks, especially the master installer, and all are placed in the same folder) by right click on the master installer and choose run as administrator.
