Altair Hyper Works Students Annual licence not yet received.
Altair EmployeeI had ordered the Hyperworks students annual licence on 30th of December 2015. It is 14 January 2016 today and still I have not received the licence. Can I please know when I will receive the licence or is there any other procedure which I have to follow in order to get the licence . Please help me with this issue.

The status is always 'Pending'
Why??? I have already checked my Junk folder and Ethernet ID to make sure everything was alright

The approval process in India requires more details, Write to edu-support@india.altair.com with your latest order number to get the approval of the student edition,
The license approval process for India requires a few more details from the student, the students are contacted by mail and are asked for a few more details and in some cases documents,
Check your junk folder, spam folder etc for any mails from us,
Due to the high number of applicants and the different vetting process we do not keep to the 72 hours delivery time in India, please wait patiently and you will be attended to soon.
