Creation of RBE2 and non-design regions

I've went through the tutorial: OS-2010 Design Concept for an Automotive Control Arm, and I'm interested in in creating rbe2 nodes and non-design areas for OptiStruct as observed in this tutorial. I've been unsuccessful in finding documentation which demonstrates how to create these. Could someone please link me to a tutorial, or explain the process?

To create Rigid Go to 1D Page: Rigids (You can create node to node RBE2 & Master slave combination RBE2)
