Errors while using CMSMETH card in hypermesh13.0

Hello,

I have correctly used cmsmeth card to generate  external superelement in hypermesh12.0. But when I run the same model in hm13.0, it fails and solver reminds me that Control cards 'METHOD=n' are not allowed when CMSMETH card is present. It's a small but a serious problem.

Can anyone help me? I can offer the model to you.

    Hi,

Looks like you have METHOD global case control card activated. Please make remove the METHOD card from Global Case Control and try again.

    Hi,

Also, please edit the solver deck using a text editor and search for CMS card.

Under METHOD type it should be anyone of the shown methods CB, CC, CBN, GM, or GUYAN

    Hi, Prakash!

The problem still remains, can I send the .hm file to you in Dropbox? It's interesting because this problem  doesn't  occure in hm12.0.

    Hi,

For the model file cantilever_superelements.hm include the control cards>>PARAM>EXTOUT>DMIG>PUNCH, delete the loadstep and run the analysis.

Thanks!  The method using 'control cards>>PARAM>EXTOUT>DMIG>PUNCH' is static condensation. But I want to use Craig-Bampton method which is set in CMSMETH card. Someone advised me to delect  the normal mode loadstep directly, but the result in residual model would differ much with the whole-model's result.

You can test the model in hm12.0 firstly. My sofaware information is in figure attached. Hope you can help me out !
