How to Download Altair SLC on Macbook?

Dear Altair Customer Service Team,

Greetings. I have successfully obtained the license for Altair SLC and downloaded all the necessary files. I managed to open one of the downloaded files, the Workbench, however, I am facing a challenge.

It appears that I am unable to open the Altair SLC file within the altairslc-5.23.4.0.278-ga-release-macos-x86_64 folder. This situation is preventing me from downloading the SLC and subsequently, using the Workbench.

I have attempted to open the Altair SLC by double-clicking it, but on my MacBook, it simply bounces in the dock briefly and then disappears. This has left me quite puzzled and hence, I am reaching out to you for assistance.

Could you possibly provide some advice or specific steps that can help me successfully download and open the Altair SLC file? I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Have you also installed the Altair Workbench? These are currently 2 separate installs.
