I am working on optistruct 2019 version.
In .out file its showing total mass of fe model but my requirement is to check the mass of elements defined in particular SET.
Suggest the Control card or command.

not exactly per SET, but you could output per property.
card OUTPUT, MASSPROP, FL or ALL
This will output the mass based on the property division.
You could apply a property for the elements you need to control.
I checked this option in my analysis.
For weight optimization of i need cumulative mass of selected components or properties in .out or .pch file.
