Maximum principle stress and signed von-mises stress in radioss

For the priniciples and signed von mises you can request:

/ANIM/BRICK/TENS/STRESS/ALL

/ANIM/BRICK/TENS/STRAIN/ALL

with an /ANIM/DT card

if you are using /ANIM output

or

/H3D/SOLID/TENS/STRESS

/H3D/SOLID/TENS/STRAIN

with an /H3D/DT

if you are using /H3D output

Are you looking under the correct entry? 'Strs Intg Point111' if you are using Anim file (it will be separate to 'Stress' if you are still asking for 'ELEM' stress too. It should definitely be working for Tetras

Hi Paul. Thanks for your reply. Yes you are correct, 'Strs Intg Point111' entry has stress values.

For ESE, we may use /Anim/Elem/EINT. It gives internal energy, which should be same as strain energy.
