Modal Analysis ofoil sump with oil

Hello

I am trying to setup a simple model of an oil sump full of oil to test a coupled fluid/structure modal analysis.

I am not interested in simplified MFLUID method, but in an Fully coupled acoustic analysis method. I set both EIGRL modal analysis extractions method for fluid and structure as suggested in 'ALTAIR tutorial about Half car Acoustic response'.

I get 2 separate modal frequency for fluid and structure, but I am not able to see Structure-Fluid coupled modal frequencies.

It looks like as if a simple coupled analysis is running and not a fully coupled one.

Any suggestion?

The coupled frequencies maybe get output with the coming version of OptiStruct.

Any way it seems really odd because if it is possible to run a Modal frequency response analysis this mean that a coupled modal base should be present....

We will looking for the new version of Optistruct.....
