how can I get the force total energy during NLGEOM analysis.

like the energy in the picture shows.

Hi,

Add XHIST in NLGEOM subcase and check if you got any time history file.

Thanks for your answering. I want to know the force energe during the analysis. what should I do?

And shouldn't the force energy be equal to the total element strain energy?
