How to get total energy

   how can I get the force total energy during NLGEOM analysis.

like the energy in the picture shows.

Thanks for your answering. I want to know the force energe during the analysis. what should I do?

And shouldn't the force energy be equal to the total element strain energy?

    you can see the red section in the picture, I mean this energy. How could I get this in NLGEOM analysis.
