Iwant to know ：How to capture the point of intersection of two lines ？

just like other cad tools，ex ： rhino alias solidworks UG？

    Hi,

     

    There is no quick tool to find the intersection points of two lines. The only alternate way is to perform the intersection and take the result from there. This can be done using the 'split curve' tool. 

    This is not the best method because it would result in losing construction history for those two lines.

    I really hope I can use ST as my first choice. But It does not have many functions I really need . ex. the polar copy. I cannot get what I want because the axis of the object or world is such complicate .

    Sorry for my bad english. But I really like Solidthinking, I am a industrial designer for 5 years,I can use Rhino ,NX(UG),Alias, I thinking ST could be the best CAID tools.BUT the develop team need hear more user's voice .

    The intersection point of two curves and the Polar copy tool are both on our list to be added and updated respectively.  They should be available in one of the first service releases of version 2015.

    I alway make an object like attach files.It is a 4-tubes  I did in UG(NX). When the ST test version come out ,I will do it again. : )
