Missing Load Step Menu

Just installed the Altair Hyperworks 13.0 Student Version, keep getting this the following error message:

 

'Error: bad menu entity index 'Load Step''

 

I think this is causing me not to be able to apply any loads on my model.  Any advice?

 

I have tried restarting and reinstalling the program with no success.

    Hi,

    From the screenshot it seems that you are trying to create loadstep in Radioss block userprofile.We dont define loadstep for Radioss userprofile.Loadstep is must for Optistruct to define type of analysis.
