I don't see any problem in the .out file. 

After analysis do you see any .fem file written in the working directory?

 There is only busra_final.fem file. I can't see busra_final_lattice.fem.

I ran some cases with different types of lattice and the rest of the parameters intact.

I didn't see any change in most of the cases except in the lattice design.

I am waiting for experts feedback and what is happening in the background.

Sorry, I am little confused with threads.

Anyways, I see that the simulation didn't run completely as there are restarts files in the folder. 

Can you let me know which pre-processor is used for meshing (you mentioned. Finally we have made the hexa mesh using another program)?

If possible, please share the file.

But, for lattice optimization don't solve.

Maybe due to my version.

Add some of the elements from design space to non-design space, especially where the continuity is losing.
