Add notes to components/nodes in HyperMesh

Hi,
I would like to add notes/comments in HyperMesh in a similar fashion as allowed in HyperView.
It would be a very useful and practical way to keep track of minor model changes or details (currently working on paper, which is not very efficient).
Does somebody know if it is possible?
