Don't have Ethernet Physical Adress

Hi all, 

As I know, I need to provide my laptop's ethernet physical adress to create license file (pic 1). But some laptop doesn't have this ethernet, just wifi physical adress only (pic 2). So If we create license with this wifi mac id, and then when we change the wifi, our license will error? I think we can fix this problem by create a vitural wifi mac id, or something else,... I don't know. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hello,

    WiFi MAC address will work but you need to make sure that WiFi card will always be on i.e. do not turn it off with physical switch if you have one and make sure your OS will not turn it off if not connected to WiFi to save power.

    That is one possibility. It could also be your operating system trying to save power and disabling it.
