The size value just means the dimension of the graphic symbol of the constraint (in model units).

Also, Whats the use of values near to dof1, dof2, .. And so on.? 

Its a constraints why they are in need of magnitudes?

When you have value = ZERO => that's 'NULL' constraints (fixations).

But when you have value != ZERO =>  that's 'PRESCRIBED' contraints

They are needed when you use SPCD to force some nodes to have an exactly displacement

Thinking that formular of SPC is: DOF_i = D, and normally you want to fix nodes so you let D=0
