Error with Running SimLab simulation

Dear all, 
 
I'm trying to run a magnetic transient simulation using Altair SimLab, but I'm facing the following error.
 
" ERROR : 24.0 Feature SimLabFluxSolver or HWSimLabFluxSolver not found on license file
  Altair License Manager: License error "
 
Would you help me to know what I should do to solve it, please?

    Hi Sara,

     

    Probably the cause of the error is due to the license 2024, do you have 2024 license where SimLabFluxSolver should be a feature in the license? you can check it from your IT team. Or it might be due to the Flux solver is not included while SimLab 2024 installation.

    I would suggest you to contact us through Altair support for this issue.
