Transient Response Analysis- SPCD

I am doing a direct transient analysis. My goal is to apply a base excitation in the form on an SPCD card at a frequency of 3 Hz for a time range of 1 second, and then view the response of the structure for the next 5 seconds.
Things that are going wrong are:
Is if you are in transient animation mode, and have the results set to displacement, the displacement of the structure seems to increase as time goes on. (it seems as in the TABLED1, x is a time value, and y is a displacement value). How do i get it to apply a base excitation frequency?

Hi,
There are two subcases in your model. At which subcase you are looking at?
The transient subcase looks fine and has only Acceleration results and no displacement output.
