Material Law for Flexible material

I am working on a tensile test of flexible material like plastic film and paper.
Have referred tutorial (RD-3500) for tensile test and they are using mat law 2 Johns zeril for there material.
Can I use the same law for the tensile test of flexible material.?

If there is another law, suggest the material law for flexible material (plastic film & paper) to be used.
