Rendering queue problem
One file started to render infinite number of copies of one image (175 so far).
For some reason I am not able to remove or modify anything in the rendering queue. Buttons are non-responsive.
I have already re-installed both Studio and Render but that did not help.
Any ideas how I can stop this file from rendering and to start rendering next files?

Hi Ari,
When you add renderings to the queue the are placed here:
\Users\<user name>\.altair\InspireStudio2022\Renderings\StudioRender\.Queue
(I don't have the Mac path now. If you cannot find it, just let me know)For each rendering there will be a folder containing it, and the name of the folder
will be a number. The smaller the number, the higher the priority.
The one with the smallest number will be the first to be rendered. If you want to remove all you have in the queue, you can delete all the folders
inside the above path, or you can just delete the one you prefer to prevent that to be rendered.Instead of deleting it, I would recommend to zip that folder and send to us,
so that we can check what's happening.
Ciao!

Hi Antonio,
Thanks again, it worked.
Please send me your current e-mail, I have a very old one (@solidthinking). I will send the problem file zipped to you.
Mine is still the same: ari.salonen@fokusdesign.com
