Are you able to share the model?
It is really hard to tell just by the screen grabs what is going on.
Hi, Jason
Here is the model file. I only included the 2D elements I wanted to use to generate the 3D elements.
I have tried the new UI as well. The errors message is even more ambiguous. It just said, "failed to mesh".
Hi, Jason
I am not familiar with the new UI. When you said check the integrity. Do you mean the quality of the elements? Did you successfully generate the 3D elements?
Hi Jacobier,
Take a look at the 2d mesh check tool. It should point you to the areas that caused the tetra mesher to fail.

Thank you so much. But I don't think it is the 2D mesh quality that causes the problem because I have used the inner component to generate volumes. However, I did find some elements overlapping each other which Hypermesh does not consider them as penetration or edges.
Do you know is there a way to detect overlapping/duplicated 2D elements?
Thank you.

Yes, the 2d check mesh tool I just showed you. It is not just about the quality.

Thank you. But I am confused with the symbol that marks out the error 2D elements.
What does the color code means?

Those red lines mark out the edges of the error elements. How about the orange lines?
Would you mind just try to fix some of the elements like aforementioned ones. I could not find any close-to-penetrate nodes around the marked out elements.
Hello,
Are you making sure to select all the elements.
Can you share the file or an image?
