Good Morning

My names is Wladmir e I'm having a problem getting the simulator to work! Every time I try to simulate EDEM, the program crashes and closes, so I would like to know if this is an incompatibility problem, because the operating system I'm using is WNDOWS 8.1 PRO. I would like to know if it runs normally in this version because I've done all possible updates and the problem persists.

    Hello,

    Our products are not supported on Windows 8.1. I would suggest to try on Windows 10. If you still encounter issues on Windows 10 and have a commercial license, please open a support case.

    For information, Windows 8.1 standard support ended In Jan 2018, extended support will end in Jan 2023.
