I can't figure out the reason about it,element?velocity?mass? I don't know,

The   workd ,The outer plate is a steel plate and the inner plate is a composite material.

But in  ,I just make some changes,offset some element for composite,then,the error occurs。

Can someone help me check the reason of the error?

    @Prakash Pagadala

    I don't know what do you mean?I'm confused abou the contact between the rigid wall and the B-pillar?

    In addition, there is a downward slide after the collision, how to prevent this from happening

    I mean the elements which were offset from their original position, are they part of the contact interface?

    To avoid sliding, constraint the rigid tube.

    The offset element Tie with  the original element, but is not in contact with the rigid wall,

    and how to restrain the rigid wall from slipping?

    Please check the .fem file,thank you。

    The error could be due to contacts or due to material properties. If you have unrealsitic material properties, such error pops up.

    Please check the contacts, material properties and units.
