Hi Ibrahim,

So far, we observe this issue with the below 2 reasons

1) EDEM license might be Academic, however, this got fixed in EDEM v2022.1

2) In Rendering options legacy might be selected, you have to change it to Nvidia. Follow the below steps

Go to Tools-->Options--> Rendering Options--> Instanced select as shown in below picture.

Please do these changes and let us know if still you face the problem

If you're using the student version of EDEM, there's a bug with the 2022.1 release. This bug has been fixed in the 2022.2 release so I'd recommend you download that version from the Altair marketplace.
