Calculation of IGBT and MOSFET Losses in PSIM

Hello Everyone,

 

I have just started using PSIM and my goal for using PSIM is to calculate/simulate the losses of three phase inverter. I was studying a tutorial from PSIM Help with title"Altair PSIM Tutorial / IGBT and MOSFET Loss Calculation in the Thermal Module". Unfortunately they havent given shared the simulation file for this tutorial so its difficult for me to understand. I am strucked here that how they have parametarized this simulation including the value of load impedence, thermal impedence between case and module. Can anyone please assist me here?
