How can i fix error 16539

Hi,

When i import the .stp file, i get error 16539 import failed. How can i fix this error? Could you help  me please as soon as possible?

    You can try some options on the Advanced tab of the Import geometry dialog. 

    Else if you can obtain a different CAD format (e.g. IGES, Parasolid) from the original application the file was exported from, then you could try importing that.

    If you cannot share the model here, then you consider contacting support off-line by clicking "Contact support" here.
