Please check the orientation of the bar element and change the orientation accordingly.

A quick suggestion: before you run the analysis when using bar and beam elements, change the element representation to 3D and check if they are properly oriented or not. /emoticons/default_smile.png' alt=':)' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>

can you check if there any free 1D elements or duplicate 1D elements in your model?

go to >> tool>> check elems>> 1D>> free 1d's

if there are any free 1D elements, please connect them. Delete any duplicate 1D elements.

There are no free 1Ds or duplicate 1Ds.But there are so many elements calculated orientation error,I should change the orientation of them all one by one ,should I?And when I change the orientation of them ,they are not same with the orientation of the original geometry.

Yes, but in your case, many errors is 1 error
