Quality of Life Improvments

Some quality of life improvements that would make using PSIM more enjoyable:

-Dark mode

-When displaying multiple signals live on a probe strip chart, remember and display all signals on the strip chart for the next simulation

-The ability to lock drawing objects (like the red box below) in the background so they're not constantly selected when you click on things inside them
