License error 9 during fatigue analysis

Hi, while running a uniaxial stress-life fatigue analysis during fatigue analysis with OptiStruct intermediate examination I get the license error 9.

Also, checking the license setting I have noticed the same error 9 despise of the license is activated.

However, I have already tried all the tips to fix this issue (listed below), I am still getting the error 9 and I cannot complete the certification.

- check the Ethernet ID:

- license file name and location:

- add the variables

image

-requested new license

Can you help me, please? what should I do?

    Hi,

    Please try to uninstall the software completely from your system and reinstall it again.

    To make sure the file is not damaged on download, run an md5 checksum on the downloaded file (just google md5 checksum). Refer this for instructions -

    Hi,

    Hi,

    I have just followed your instructions (uninstalled the software, deleted the file.exe, downloaded a new file.exe, reinstalled and checked the checksum) but the error 9 has not been fixed.

    Can you once check/confirm whether the Ethernet ID of your machine matches with the one in the license file?

    Hi,

    HyperWorks is working fine now. Error 9 still appearing but no matter.

    I have just installed the software again and cleaned up the setting files.
