Hi,

 

i need to apply a equation for a analisys of a tube.

The equation is  :x^2+x+15.And the x is a distancia in meters.

I know that have a place called equation.

But i don´t know how to use it.

    Hi @tiago3008

     

    What is this equation about?

     

    Is it a response for optimization?

     

    You can create the same in Equation if it is a response using EQUATION in Analysis>>Optimization and link the same using Function in response.

     

    Refer to this below post where another user creates a relative displacement response using equations

    An equation must have 2 sides relating by comparing operator

    Please provide it correctly

    I dont know I need how to use  dequation and dresp2 properties

    You mean that you want to apply a pressure for example such as : P = x^2+x+15 ?

    no I can enter an equation at dequation

    but I cannot define response from function
