Hi @Nico Chart , I have renewed my Altair SLC Community licence for 5.24, but I can only see 5.23 downloads!!!
I am writing a book about SAS software and Altair Analytics Workbench. In 2023 I was using 5.24 EA4 (2024) to test my code examples, but, having renewed my licence for 5.24, I can only download 5.23 software (which isn't compatible with my licence!!).
How do I download the latest 5.24 software updates?

I can now see the full range of downloads for my Community licence key from 4 to 5.24, but can't see a licence key or downloads for the Demonstrator licence yet.

I can now only see the downloads for my Community licence key for 5.23, and my Demonstrator licence has expired, but I never saw a Product Key for it so it was of little benefit to me. Please could you allow me to download the 5.24 releases again, so I can continue working on my book? I'm not sure I need the Demo licence any more.

Altair EmployeeHi Phil,
Community Edition is for "latest GA only" so we have renewed your Demo license which should give you access to the 2024 version (which is still in EA Early Access status until released in the next couple of months).
n.b. Community Edition is being replaced with Altair Personal Edition in 2024 versions.

It sounds frustrating to have renewed your license but not see the latest version available for download. Have you reached out to Altair support about this issue? They might be able to provide insight or help resolve the discrepancy.

We have now renewed your Demonstrator license so you should have access to a new license file for the Early Access 2024 version of SLC next time you log into https://myaccount.worldprogramming.com/.
