More powerful 3D plot processing and animation with Flux

Hi,

I need a more powerful post-processing tool for Altair Flux.

For example, an animation for the 3D plot on a surface temperature.

Also, is it possible to be in the GUI also have a dynamic animation when I rotating the my simulation model?

Wonder is there any interface between Altair Flux with the Hypergraph? Something like that.

Kind regards,

Jerome.

    Hi,

In Flux there is a way to create an animation once the project is solved. To do it :

    • Solve the project
    • Select: create new animation (see attached picture)

About the interface between Flux and Hypergraph, in Flux there is a possibility to create h3d file. To do it:

    • Create a solving scenario
    • In the solving scenario, select HyperView export (you can select the performances that you want to export)
    • Once the solving is done, Flux generate a h3d file that you can open with HyperView

    Best regards.

    Hi Abdesssamed,

    Thanks for replying.

However, the dynamic animation I talked about is, is there a way that after the animation is created.

I am still able to rotate the model while the animation is playing?

    Regards,

    Jerome.

    Hi,

    You are welcome.

Yes, once the new animation is created, behind Flux create a file. this file is saved in the same folder as your Flux project

    Best regards.
