License error

- I have requested for new license file with correct Ethernet id but, still shows license error
- Multiple Ethernet id in computer is the reason for that ?

1.after installation when i opened the hyperworks desktop i got the message license error .i have attached that msg 2.yes i had checked that same in the license file1- when does this error show up? when opening the product? or when you try to run something? do you have the error message?
2- can you double check the ethernet address shown in you license file, compared to the ones you get from run >> CMD >> icpconfig -all

whre did you put your license file?
You should rename it as 'altair_lic.dat' and copy it to eh installation folder, under the 'security' folder.
Is it there?

No , I have created a separate folder in c drive . Where i can find security folder or eh installation folder ? And i am not able to see plugins file in my storagewhre did you put your license file?
