Export full geometry in Static-Application by FluxMotor

Hallo,

i am trying to export the python-program of a motor with full geometry in Static-Application through FluxMotor and import into Flux. But the results are: full germetry, partial face regions are defined. (Example see Figure) image

The problem is also found by other kolleges.

How should it be resolved?

    Hello Farid,

    The version of the Flux 2D is 2021 and the FluxMotor is 2020.1. The project that i uploaded is an example project from FluxMotor itself (SM_PM_IR_3Ph). I just used it as an example to show the problem.

    I have already tried many other configurations, but the outputs are always the same: full geometry and partial face region definition.

    Hello Ting;

    Can you please indicate me what is the motor you tried to upload, so i will try to reproduce the issue from my side.

    Hello Farid,

    as an example: NewMotor1.zip is an example for FluxMotor. And the corresponding py. Program.

    Hello Ting;

    I can not reproduce the issue you have from my side. Please can you use Flux 2021.2 & FluxMotor 2021?

    Do you have the same issue when you export only a portion ?

    In parallel, i will ask if there is other reason than the version that explain you can not export the full geometry.

    Regards

    Hello Farid,

    this problem only happened of the FluxMotor Version 2020.1. I have also installed an old version from us FluxMotor 2019.1 and it works. Just not in Version 2020.1.

    Another Kollege from us also tried to export the py. Program from FluxMotor Version 2020.1 and import in Flux 2D. He has the same result like me: the geometry is right, but the face region definition is not complete. The produced python program from the FluxMotor Version 2020.1 by Static-Application of full geomtry is not right. Up to the physical definition part lacks of the further definition of other magnets, face regions and so on for the rest parts of the motor.

    I am looking forward ur further replies.

    Thank you.

    Ting

    Thanks Ting for this information. Then it is linked to the version. Please update your current version of Flux and FluxMotor.
