How can I end my simulation with a condition on Hyperform?

Hello,

I am working with Hyperform version 2017 and I have small question regarding simulation conditions. I want to form a cylindrical blank using 4 tools (2 on each side of the cylinder). The tools move symetrically. The problem is, I want the simulation to end once the blank touches (circled in red) the 2 tools on the exterieur (tool 1 and 3). See the diagram below for a better understanding. I want to do this without having to define the motion distance for each tool as I do not have the value.

How can I do this on hyperform?

Thank you in advance

Céline

    Hi

I not sure if there is any feature on the HyperForm model setting that does what you need.

As you are doing incremental forming, you are running Radioss i believe.

You could user /SENS, and on engine deck the /STOP/LSENSOR.

If the sensor is activated the analysis is terminated.

    I Hope this is helpful
