Export beam model for bolt connection Dyna

Hi

 

So I created a model where a have two rigid bodies inside a hole in front of each other and they are both linked by a beam. I was wondering if there was a way to export this model in oder to not have to proceed by this method to create a bolt by using this definition for the bolt connection tool in hypercrash.

    Hi,

     

    So you want to export only BEAM and rigid elements from HyperMesh and import the same in HyperCrash, is my understanding correct?

     

    If yes, please use Custom export. GoTo Export>> SolverDeck and under Export options select Custom from the list

     

    If you select Custom, you can manually select which Entities needs to be exported.
