    Yes, the calculation is runned on the cluster. 

    OS : linux redhat-6

    Gestionnaire de batch : Torque/Maui

    Two questions:

    a.)    Is it a single host job?

    b.)    Is the stacksize of the machine(s) set to unlimited?

    Hi Mr Prakash,

     

    For your question:

     

    a) It is not a 'single host job', because I started my job with '#PBS -l nodes=2:ppn=8'. This job revolved on the nodes at  12 cores and another jobs revolved in the same time on these nodes.

    b.) Stacksize is not set on 'unlimited'. 

     

    That is the information from the technician in our calcul centre.

    Today, I tried to run the simulation on a single node in two ways:

    1) On my destop computer:

    Error output from the solver:
