Inspire Motion: How to calculate/simulate bearing forces

I am getting bearing forces 20 times smaller than anticipated.  I have an unbalance cantilevered rotating drum (1300 rpm) supported by two bearings.  The joint between the rotating shaft and one of the bearings is hinge (flexible joint) and shaft and other bearing is cylindrical joint (flexible).  The joints between bearings and bearing housing are locked.  Any suggestion on how to obtain accurate bearing loads?  How do I determine correct bearing stiffness parameters?

Update:  In MV, the bearings were modeled as bushings.  Rear bearing is 6306 and front bearing is 6308.  Following properties for the bearings were used (obtained from FEA).
