I recently installed HyperMesh, Compose, MotionSolve, EDEM, and Twin Activate. I am trying to activate my student license, but I keep getting this error message. Could someone please help me?

I have been following the same instructions (Step 4), but I keep getting the same error. I saw that I can also activate my license if I have my license file, but I cannot find it.
You should be able to see your license key by logging into Altair One, going to the Marketplace, checking the Student Edition License bundle, clicking on the Student Edition License card, and then checking the Licensing tab.
You can also find your key by going to the main menu (top left), selecting Manage Licenses, and then checking the On-Prem tab to see your license key.

Thank you for your response. I already have my license key, and I am trying to activate it in the correct place, as you can see from my first screenshot. Even after doing that, I still get the error.
