Unable to find Student License in Altair One Marketplace

I am a student that have registered with Altair One a few years ago. My University has a partnership with Altair, but the student suite or the student license card in the marketplace is not visible for me. So I can not activate my student license.

Can someone on the tech side verify this?

@Ankita_v Can you help this student? It looks as if they have been identified as a prospect rather than a student (hence the reason that they cannot find the student edition).

Hi @gmrsxn_1

Your account is now verified for student edition use and you can now use the free student edition.

You now need to follow the steps here - exactly in order to generate the license key and you also need to logout and login after generating the key, only then will you get the download option for the software.

Start from step 2 since your account is already verified then follow all the steps there to download and activate the software.
