Student license error

Hi,

I'm having a serious problem with Inspire. I've installed the program on a notebook 3 days ago and everything worked fine up until now but today when i tried to open the program it gave me the notorious license error 9. I've already checked that the dat file has not a double extension and the host id of the computer and the one in the license file correspond. The file is also in the security folder in altair installation folder. What should I do?

    Hi

Can you once check whether the ethernet ID of your machine matches the one in the license file? Or else can you run ipconfig/all in command window and send the output here?

Yeah I've already checked that, my only doubt is that since I'm using a laptop and always under wifi i should use the wireless lan card physical address rather than the ethernet physical address. I've asked a new license yesterday and for now it seems to work. Anyway this is the ipconfig screen

    Hi

Please request for another license file with the wireless LAN adapter WiFi ID ending with 15 here https://studentedition.altair.com/

It is good to know that the software is now working well.
