Deep learning regression issue with output label scale

Hi, I have been trying to use deep learning regression model, i used the same architecture of sample process regression of seashell ages, when we try to apply the model the trend of the output is giving as expected (where it has to be low its low where it has to be high its high) but the values are between 60-0 or 40-0, but not the actual expected values which should be between 500-0. Could you please help to solve this issue
