displacement negative value

when i requested displacement as output in frequency response analysis and acceleration as output in random vibration analysis some of the values has negative displacement and negative g values i.e acceleration psd .what does the negative values means . i gave type as both for RRA

As said in a previous reply, the nodes displaced in negative directional component.

The above node for instance has a negative Y displacement.

it is the output of acceleration when i gave psd as input. ouput of psd can't be negative . if we give acceleration as output will it give in terms of g or g/Hz?

Maybe you are looking at component wise displacement. It could be in negative direction.
