hello @amit_paul1512 - welcome to the community. RM 9.6 is still considered the "community" edition as it is still open core (see https://github.com/rapidminer/rapidminer-studio). After a trial period yes are downgraded to 10,000 rows which has no expiry date. It is also free (and unrestricted) for all students or professors with academic licensing on a 1-year renewable basis.
RM 5.3 was the last non-commercial edition of RapidMiner.
