Problem with first VWT simulation

Hello guys, nice to know you.

I'm doing my first VWT simulation for the thesis, but i have a lot of problems, so I hope, you will help me.

First of all, I dowloaded the Virtual Wind Tunnel and the AcuSolve softwares as the instruction, but my first simulation is at the same point, It doesn't go ahead, and down the screen appears continuosly  'Running virtual wind tunnel analysis' (screenshoot is attached down).

Is it a problem with Acusolve? I have an intel core i7 and Windows 8.1.

The second problem is, that i tried to do a nastran model of a F1 redbull's wing with Hypermash, to import in the Virtual Wind Tunnel, but it doesn't works. Maybe there are T-connections and edges problems. How i can delete them? What do I have to change? (Is my first FE on a 3D cad geometry).

In extremis, could anyone do it at my place, to teach me how to do the next time? I will send you the GLS wing.
