Concrete material parameters

I am trying to get the material parameters of the MAT_24 concrete through experimental testing. I am not able to get details of the parameters even through theory manual and thus want to understand two things:

1) Complete definition of notations like: ft,fb,fo, f2 , S0, Ht etc. 

Also for tensile are we looking for split tensile testing data or fleuxral tensile testing data

2) If any reference for material testing for these parameters

    Hi Gopal,

     

    For concrete materials, failure is much more rapid in tension compared to tension. Higher compressive strength makes tha ft/fc ratio small. The same goes with rest of the parameters.

    I wanted to know how to obtain these parameters through physical uniaxial compression, split tensile testing and flexural tensile test methods. Do we have any numerical relations to derive these parameters. Currently I am able to get Fc, Poisson ratio, Youngs Modulus only with reference to IS:456 standard

    Also do you have document stating about  what strain rate range is observed  for metals in vehicle crash scenarios? As I am planning physical testing for metals also at different strain rates
