Error # 4001

I am working on Hypermesh Bulk Data. Analysis type is Non-linear Implicit (NLGEOM). I received following Error message.
'*** ERROR # 4001 *** Running RADIOSS Strater, 1 ERROR and 0 WARNINGs have been detected.
*** PROGRAM STOPPED : FATAL ERROR(s) ENCOUNTERED. '
What can I do to overcome this error ?
Any suggestions ?

Hi,
I have enclosed the Image file of error Messages which i get in .out file. So, how can I solve this issue now?
FYI,
I am working on 3 Point bending test of Sandwich Panel. I have made the 3D model & mesh in RADIOSS Bulk Data and not by using laminates. I have defined contact Interfaces with NORM & FREEZE constraints. And Analysis type is NLGEOM.

Is this all abour error?
do you see any starter error ID below this error message?
In your working directory you should see a file <filename>.0000.out file. Open that file and check for error message and please post them here.
